Brownies with nuts - Various Sweets

Preparation time: 40 minutes (low complexity) Ingredients: 375 g unsalted butter (room temperature) 375 g dark chocolate, minimum 75% cocoa 6 eggs 500 g sugar 225 g flour salt 1 LGT 250 g walnuts or hazelnuts, unsalted Method: * Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. The coat pan with butter or butter and flour paper and then oven (just pieces of paper cut to size near the size of oven tray and place in pan greased with butter, until it covers the entire surface). * Cut the butter into cubes. Cut chocolate into small pieces. * Mix the butter and chocolate in a bowl with thick walls and very little heat melts or microwave. Allow to cool slightly (about 10-15 minutes). Meanwhile, finely chop nuts (not crushed). * Mix eggs and sugar with electric mixer. The egg and sugar mixture add chocolate (warm to cold, but uncured). Mix well. * Add the nuts / peanuts, then flour and salt. Mix gently. * Pour mixture into prepared pan in advance. Leave in oven about 25 minutes. Remove brownies from oven and let cool in pan. Warning! Cake should be moist inside. * After about 15 -20 minutes, cut up brownies 4x4 cm cubes and transfer to a serving platter.
